Cuadrawatt cartridge heaters are specially designed for quick adaptation to molds or surfaces where the use of drills is problematic or impossible. These low-wattage cartridge heaters are ideal for moderate heating up to a maximum temperature of 300ºC. Built with the best square stainless steel tube, of desired quality.
All are perfectly calibrated, both internally and externally, into which a high hardness ceramic piece is inserted, perfectly resisting continuous temperature variations and with the best possible thermal conductivity, being in contact with the tube wall which allows perfect heat dissipation. The heating wire is inside the ceramic piece. The excellent quality of the Nickel-Chrome heating wire inside the ceramic piece makes it the most suitable for cartridge heater construction, thanks to its high temperature tolerance.
All of this coated with controlled granulometry magnesium oxide to cover the entire inside of the resistance. This provides perfect conductivity between the heating wire and the mass to be heated.
